Rakesh Srivastava is the President and Chief Revenue Officer for the Americas (USA, Mexico, and South America) at Intellect Design Arena Limited. A global business leader with over two decades of experience spanning Financial Services, FinTech, Banking, Payments, Capital Markets, and Insurance, Rakesh brings a proven track record of architecting go-to-market strategies and scaling high-performing revenue organizations across the Americas, EMEA and APJ.

Most recently, Rakesh served in senior executive leadership within Amazon Web Services (AWS) FSI organization. In this role, he held single-threaded responsibility for driving sales for a $1.6B+ portfolio spanning ten lines of business and leading the GTM strategy for a $9B+ portfolio across North and South America, managing a 200+ person team of sales, marketing, RevOps, and customer success professionals.

Earlier in his career, Rakesh was Senior Vice President and Head of Sales (North & South America) at Tech Mahindra, overseeing Banking, Payments, Capital Markets, Banking Products, and the Public Sector. His background also includes executive roles at Dell Technologies and MphasiS (an HP company), where he consistently drove multi-billion-dollar growth, forged complex global partnerships, and led the acquisition and commercialization of core banking and payment assets.

Rakesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering Technology and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Rajasthan. He completed the Leadership Executive Program at the Wharton School and graduated from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Pennsylvania.

Outside of his professional work, Rakesh lives in New Jersey with his wife, Amrita, who serves with the State of New Jersey. Their daughter, Aavya, is a medical student at Texas A&M University. An avid trail runner and cyclist, Rakesh finds joy in the simplicity of movement, believing that a pair of running shoes offers the most economical and genuine way to explore the world.
