Krishnan Srinivasan (KS) is the President & Business Head for Europe & CIS Markets at Intellect Design Arena Limited. He is responsible for strategic growth, business operations, and the partner ecosystem across the region. He is based in Frankfurt, Germany.Previously, he led the Americas Business at Polaris Software and later served as the President for Growth Markets, covering APAC, India, MEA & Africa at Intellect Design.

With over 30 years of experience as a B2B leader, KS has a proven track record of orchestrating large-scale digital banking sales and complex financial platform modernizations, including joint ventures. He specializes in driving demand for cloud-native, composable architectures that streamline central, retail, corporate, and digital banking systems. His expertise spans the entire universal banking ecosystem, including relationship-based pricing and billing solutions, government e-commerce solutions, and observability solutions.

Prior to 2023, KS was the COO & Global CRO for FSS, a major Indian payments technology company, and previously served as the Global Sales Head for SunTec from 2005 to 2008. He has also served in an advisory capacity to VuNet Systems and Patterns Cognitive. His earlier experience was in Ferro Alloys & FMCG.

Throughout his career, his focus has been on P&L leadership, customer acquisition strategy, international expansion, and driving exceptional outcomes for customers, employers, and shareholders. Having lived and worked in Chennai, California, New Jersey, Dubai, and currently Frankfurt, he has widely travelled meeting with prospects and clients across 77 countries, which has given him a global perspective on business operations.

KS holds an honors degree in Physics, a Postgraduate degree in Management from XIMB, and has completed advanced leadership training programs at ISB, Kellogg’s, and the MESA Global Leadership Institute.
